Our Love Story
It's hard to remember the first time Josh and I actually met. I always tease him that he is more of a part of my family than I am. He was always around and grew up with my younger uncles, so naturally he fit right into the bunch.
I was going through some struggles with myself and I had a lot of things happening in my life and felt the need to just get away. So, I decided to unwind and spend the weekend with my grandma at their beach club in South Wilmington. Josh unknowingly came out to the club for breakfast and to also spend some time away.
From that Saturday morning to that Sunday night it seemed like Josh and I just made sense. We spent hours on the golf cart driving around having the absolute best time! He was DEFINITELY not on my radar but pretty soon we were talking on the phone every single day until finally he asked me out. From that moment on, it seemed that our lives were about being together instead of separately, which can only be from the hand of God leading us down this path.
As we start this new chapter, and adventure in marriage, our prayer is that we make every day better than the first.

Our Venue
The Venue is located in Emington, IL which is right outside Dwight about 10 miles. This beautiful space is all in one for the ceremony and reception, so once you have parked you have no need to move for the rest of the night. Enjoy the tall ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and spacious area to enjoy the union of Joshua and Katie.

Is It OK to Take Pictures/Videos?- For the ceremony, we ask that you leave it up to the professionals that we have hired to be there to capture the special moments. For the reception, Have Fun!
